VOLUNTEER
Families are required to volunteer at events throughout the season. If participating in a club event such as the holiday show, competition, or Annual Spring Show, each family must volunteer (see requirements below). If this requirement is not met, $200 for each event will be assessed and deducted from your total buyout. In addition, there are many opportunities in which your athlete can also complete volunteer hours. It takes many hands to make light work of hosting these memorable opportunities for our athletes, and we cannot do it without volunteers. Thank you for doing your part to help make this season a fun and successful one.
All volunteer hours must be completed by the Spring Show on May 2, 2026. All deposit balances will be processed June 1, 2025.
