SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM

Summer is a great time for skaters to focus on their training and advance their skills in all areas. The summer training program is designed to keep our athletes working both off and on the ice. Off-ice training will be used to work on strength, balance, jumping technique, air and landing position, and endurance. On-ice training will be utilized to excel skaters in moves, dance, jumps, spins, choreography, power, speed, and endurance.  

All skaters in Basic 3 and above are invited to enroll. 

Cost:

  • $45 per day
  • $80 per week (save $10 when attending both days in the same week)

*This program's operational minimum is 8 skaters per day, SFFSC reserves the right to cancel programming if minimums are not met. Refunds will be issued for any canceled programming*

Dates:

  • June: 7, 9, 21, 23
  • July: 12, 14, 26, 28 
  • August: 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18
