Private Lessons can
- Give extra help on skills
- Give 1 to 1 attention
- Give extra edge for testing
- Prepare skaters for competition or show
There are two ways to arrange a private lesson:
1. Fill out the information below, we can arrange a lesson with an instructor from our professional staff. Please let us know the day and time that works best for you.
2. You are also encouraged to observe our instructors and approach them directly to arrange a private lesson. Contact Karen Thornbrugh at 605-271-8897 or visit the website www.sffsc.com for a complete list of available instructors.
FEES: Each instructor establishes their own schedule and fees ($8 to $18 for 15 min lesson). Most instructors require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Private lesson fees do not include ice time fees and/or skate rental.
