ISI Skating Levels
The ISI Tot testing program offers specialized instruction for five year-olds and under, with the emphasis on fun.

 

 

 

 The pre-Alpha test program  emphasizes on fun and safety.  Lessons quickly generate confidence as new skaters develop skills and make new friends.  This is for 6 year-olds and above who have not skated before. Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta tests provide direction and build competency in all important foundation moves. Forward and backward skating, stopping, turning and edges are taught in exciting, low cost group lessons. After completion of the introductory Learn-to-Skate levels, recreational skaters may progress through Freestyle Levels 1 – 10.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 

 

 


Tots and Pre-Alpha skaters may practice 1/2 hour after their lessons.  Intermediate and Freestyle skaters require either Silver or Gold  membership   .

Silver Membership includes ISI fee, unlimited practice ice on the day of your lessons, progress reports and patches for levels passed.

Gold Membership includes Silver membership plus access to practice ice anytime SFFSC has ice, including Expo ice, and one free specialty class.
